Orders ship from our Miami facility, usually within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Typical transit is 2–6 business days depending on your state. Larger orders can ship palletized by freight carrier.
Minimum 5 pallets (250 mixed cases, 50 cases per pallet). Every product is sold by the case — mix any products to build your pallets.
Canada
We ship to all Canadian provinces. Transit time is usually 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International
We ship internationally by air or ocean freight depending on order size and destination. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any permits required in their country. We provide a commercial invoice and the paperwork needed for customs clearance.
Frozen items
Ice cream and other frozen products ship cold in insulated packaging with refrigerant, using the fastest practical service. Someone should be available to receive frozen deliveries promptly.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, volume and destination, and is confirmed together with your final price in your order confirmation email — before you pay.
