These terms apply to all orders placed on snackswholesalepallets.com, operated by FOOD SOLUTION INTERNATIONAL LLC, 1845 NW 112th Ave, Suite 203, Miami, FL 33172.
Wholesale only
We sell to businesses and resellers. The minimum order is 5 pallets (250 mixed cases, 50 cases per pallet) per order.
Prices
Prices on the website are “from” prices per case or package in US dollars and are for guidance. Your final price, including any volume discounts and shipping, is confirmed in your order confirmation email. An order is binding only after we confirm it and payment is received.
Payment
We do not accept card payments on the website. Accepted methods are Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay, Cash App and bank transfer; orders over $10,000 must be paid by bank transfer. Payment details are only sent by email from our official address. You agree to pay by the date selected at checkout (maximum 3 days); unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Availability
Imported products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable we will offer a substitute or remove it before you pay.
Shipping & risk
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and compliance with local import rules.
Resale
Buyers are responsible for complying with local labeling, licensing and sales regulations when reselling products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
